VR FASHION

Leveraging fashion sensibility and XCG/3D technology
For creators active in the digital industry

Based on our school's unique fashion education, we provide creators who are active in the digital industry with training in CG techniques such as character modeling and world-building. We cultivate the expressive skills necessary to succeed in the anime and game industries.

From accurate sculpting based on human anatomy to three-dimensional representation, mastery is essential.

We understand the movement of hair and clothing, and how gravity affects them, to recreate natural movements in the digital space. We also master the three-dimensional representation of clothing, accessories, and other items. We can also handle facial expressions and emotional expressions.

Develop your character design skills by taking into account individual characteristics and settings.

Develop the ability to understand history, culture, historical context, and user preferences to define character personalities, and to construct worldviews and costume concepts.

In a contest to create cocktail dresses that look stunning in a VR world using the 3D fashion design software "CLO," four of our students achieved the remarkable feat of winning awards, including the runner-up prize.

curriculum

We aim to be the next generation of digital creators.

Students will learn a wide range of 3DCG and digital design using the latest technology. They will aim to become the next generation of creators who combine fashion and digital, learning everything from the basics of clothing making to graphic design, 3D modeling, and VR technology in the metaverse space. In recent years, creators with these skills are expected to play an active role in a variety of fields, not just fashion, but also in the video, entertainment, and game industries.

Digital Product Design I & II

Using the 3DCG software "Maya," you will learn character modeling, starting with accurate sculpting based on human anatomy.

Digital photography skills

You will learn how to compose, use light, and understand color and tone in photography, and improve your skills in digital expression that is closer to life-like images.
