VOUTRAIL has introduced "OIFer LINK," a social networking platform for alumni and faculty members. "OIFer LINK" offers career support functions such as the ability to post and receive job information, as well as the opportunity for interaction, information exchange, and consultation that transcends departmental boundaries. Votrail also actively provides incubation support for alumni and current students with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

SPICE ROOM powered by OIF

Support for alumni startup businesses

"SPICE ROOM powered by OIF" is a press room that selects outstanding works by VOUTRAIL graduates and current students and leases them to active stylists. This press room is run by Nodoka Suganai and Akito Natsumi of the graduate brand "DOKKA vivid". Based on their leasing experience with "DOKKA vivid", they proposed the idea to their alma mater, and it has now been realized as a business.

Regarding application for certificates, etc.

If you require various certificates, please apply using the certificate application form. The certificate you applied for can be received by mail or at the office counter.
It takes a certain amount of time to issue the certificate. Please make sure to apply well in advance of the application period.

  • * Normally, the certificate will be issued the day after the certificate application form is confirmed. (Excluding school holidays)
  • * Please note that times may change depending on the number of applications.
  • * Applications received after 17:00 will be processed the next day.
  • * If you would like a certificate in English, please write so in the notes section along with your name in Roman letters. Please note that it may take approximately 10 days from application to issuance.
  • * For those who graduated before March 1985, it will take about 10 days to issue a "Certificate of Graduation", and for those who graduated before March 1994, a "Certificate of Transcript" will be issued.

If you pick it up at the office counter

Please apply in advance using the certificate application form before coming to our school. (Monday to Saturday 9:00 – 17:00)

  • * When applying, please write your expected visit date in the notes section.
  • * Please pay with PayPay when you receive the item. We do not accept cash.

If receiving by mail

After applying from the certificate application form, please enclose the following two items and mail it to the school office.

  • Return envelope (addressed, postage stamps affixed)
  • Stamps for the certificate issuance fee (please be sure to have change on hand)
