Leveraging our strong support system, built on trust and networks within the fashion industry, we boast a consistently high employment rate every year. We also provide extensive support for graduates who wish to become independent or start their own businesses. Many of our graduates are active at the forefront of the industry. A comprehensive support platform is also in place.

We hold company information sessions on campus with approximately 50 companies each year. This creates an environment where students can deepen their understanding of industries and companies, and make informed career choices.

Class teachers and career counselors work together to provide personalized support to each student, tailoring their approach to their individual personalities and aspirations, so that they can confidently choose their future career path.

We emphasize practical experience through internships and industry collaborations. By gaining experience in various roles such as designer and stylist assistant, students can quickly learn about the industry and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to become immediately valuable assets after graduation.

You can participate in company interviews and information sessions using Zoom, which have become increasingly common in recent years, from our online booths on campus. We provide full support for job hunting in the online era.
We have dedicated staff specializing in career support who provide personalized career counseling to each student. From an early stage of their studies, students systematically prepare for job hunting through our career preparation classes. We provide step-by-step support for necessary job-hunting preparations, including resume writing guidance and mock interviews.

Comprehensive support is also provided after employment.

We have established "OIFer LINK," a social networking platform for alumni and faculty members. In addition to disseminating job postings, we also provide incubation support for alumni and current students aspiring to start their own businesses. Through information exchange and consultation that transcends departmental boundaries, we aim to support the development of richer careers.

SPICE ROOM powered by OIF, a press room run by graduates Nodoka Suganai and Yutaka Natsume, proposed a business venture to the school based on their experience leasing their own brand "DOKKA vivid" to stylists, and received investment. The business itself aims to lend out works by current students and graduates as costumes for talents and artists, and also contributes to increasing brand awareness for current students and graduates.
