This course allows you to specialize in "secondhand clothing distribution," and you can acquire a wide range of knowledge, including secondhand clothing buyer duties, trend analysis, and store management.
The aim is to work as a buyer or MD at select shops and department stores.
What is required of buyers and MDs is to read trends based on the store concept and seasonal theme, and sometimes even go to overseas fashion shows to conduct research in order to attract customers and create an attractive assortment of products that is different from other stores. Students will learn merchandising planning and product purchasing methods from both theoretical and practical perspectives, and after graduation, they will be able to work as staff members who understand store management strategies and distribution marketing.
