In October, "Rakuten Fashion Week TOKYO," also known as "Tokyo Collection," which brings together prominent domestic brands, was held with Shibuya Hikarie Hall as the main venue. OIF held its annual Tokyo Collection viewing tour, where students and faculty from Super Designer and Fashion Creator viewed the collections of various brands.

Unlike typical fashion events, Tokyo Collection is a 'business' venue where brands present their collections for the next season, targeting professional buyers and media. It attracts numerous fashionistas from both within Japan and overseas. While it is usually difficult for students to enter, OIF, with the cooperation of various brands, conducts guided tours every year.

OIF students viewed a wide variety of collections from both Japan and abroad, including the popular CINOH and SREU, the uniquely produced Neglect Adult Patients, and invited brands from the Philippines. They seemed captivated by the top-tier shows.

Furthermore, OIF students played a major role in the "Tokyo New Designer Fashion Grand Prix," one of Japan's leading fashion contests, which was held as an official event of Tokyo Fashion Week. Out of 24 finalists, four students from OIF were selected, the highest number in Japan, and their names were announced on the Tokyo Fashion Week runway.

Besides attending collections, I also participated in fashion events held in Shibuya and Harajuku. I thoroughly enjoyed Fashion Week.
