Student ID: Name, date of birth, department/year, student ID number, photograph, etc.

The document in question was submitted by the former student and then handled by multiple departments according to the university's established verification and approval procedures. While interviews confirmed the existence of the document up to a certain verification stage, its whereabouts beyond that point remain unknown. Despite searches conducted by relevant departments, the document could not be found, and its location is currently unknown.

On May 15, 2026, we explained the facts to the former student's guardian and offered our apologies.
Regarding this matter, we have contacted the Personal Information Protection Commission and are proceeding with our response based on their advice.
